A nice size room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Unbeatable location right by the middle center as well as the Atlantic sea, and great service. Also, in the business centre: )

The whole place was perfectly clean and the staff were amiable and accommodating. The location to the fish market was particularly good and magnificent. We greatly enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for dinner...
Their staff were disappointing.

Breakfast was good and easy hotel to find
Too far from the main restaurants bars and river . So irritating that as soon as you went to breakfast the cleaner saw you and then started to clean your room so when you got back from breakfast you had to wait at least another 15 minutes for her to finish - surely cleaning should be done after breakfast !!!

breakfast is buffet style, although not excessively varied, it is with rich products, of quite good quality. Cold cuts, cured ham, pastries, cereals, cocoa, chocolate, coffee, water, natural orange juice, machine juices... room is well laid out. air conditioning was very noisy, window could be opened, so it is another option to cool down, without listening to all that noise. bed was made of springs, quite used, well, it left something to be desired, although in the end we rested well, something that we did not believe at first. There is a welcome gift, is a glass of local wine, some typical sweets of the area (Ovos moles) very rich. It is located in a fairly central area, about 15 minutes from the old town, where there are many bars and places to eat.
The mattress of the bed, could be a little newer, or in its defect, not be of springs with much use

Not bad location, interesting chinese restaurant near by and only a short walk into town
The massage that was included lasted about 15-20 minutes, it was not worth it. I would have liked to be asked if I wanted longer and we would have paid for it. Not much choice for the dinner included. Originally it was 4 restaurants, then we were given only 3 menus, then we picked a restaurant only to be told it was closed so we had two left and one only did salted cod which we dont like so that only left us with one choice. We were noit allows the sparkling win when we wanted it. I expected it in our room on arrival but it turned up just as we were going out so was not drunk that evening. The next day I asked if we could have fresh ice and when we returned after a day out it was missing and again we were told it will arrive later at which point I said no i want it back now please. The tea and cake was a waste of space, got a tacky thermos of water and 5 tea bags, all different flavours, the rest was all sugar or dried milk, yuk. Finally our room - we went out at 11am and returned at 330 pm to rest and found our room still unmade!

The staff was friendly - we will certainly stay here again. The hotel was centrally located. Pizzaria Pizzarte, which can be found only 150 ft away, was a fast option. A short walk to attractions, including Rossio Garden.

The room was ok, and I managed to find the hotel fairly easy using the satnav. The hotel has a nice underground garage suitable for a 4x4 with roof rack. The actual room was clean and the decor was modern. Bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Check in and check out was fuss free and quick. The canals were a short easy 10-15 minute walk. Not a bad choice when visiting the town.
Expensive WiFi. Our 1st floor room had a kind of large balcony/ patio but it was right next to a block of flats whose window were really close and could overlook our room so we kept the curtains drawn. Breakfast was average but there were no fried eggs on offer.

The rooms are super clean and even have an extra bed for more comfort. the best part is its awesome location! It's right by the lively fish market, which is a must-see. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the train station and smack dab in the middle of Portugal - it's perfect! 🌟.
